Event Team Applications
Background information
We are recruiting individuals to be part of the Islamic Cultural Fayre's event team. The event team is responsible for organising the event and is a Bristol Muslim Cultural Society (BMCS) sub-committee which is overseen by the ICF Executive Committee and trustees of BMCS.
The Islamic Cultural Fayre attracts on average 15,000+ people from all across the South West of England and parts of South Wales. The event takes place each year at Eastville Park, Bristol during summer attracting exhibitors from the local area as well as across the country.
Key information
- All the event team roles are voluntary (not paid roles)
- Expenses covered
- The event will be in summer 2022 with planning commencing from September 2021. The hours are flexible with increased hours towards the date of the event.
- Open to everyone to apply for
- Applicants must be 18 years old and over
Event Team Roles: Project Coordinator ( x 3 ), Finance Officer, Media / PR Officer, Volunteer Coordinator and Administrator ( x 2)
Interviews for the roles will be conducted during August 2021
